## What is VR Planner?

VR Planner is an unofficial planning dashboard for Villa Roma Resort guests. It brings together everything you'd normally have to check separately on the resort's website into one place, organized by day or across your whole stay.

WHAT YOU CAN SEE AT A GLANCE
• Private cabana availability
• Golf tee times
• Timeshare week status
• Daily resort activities
• Wellness & spa session openings

PLAN YOUR WHOLE TRIP
Enter your check-in and check-out dates and see a day-by-day view of what's open across your entire stay, instead of flipping through one day at a time.

REMINDERS
Turn on a reminder for any activity or wellness session and get a push notification a few minutes before it starts — no more losing track of the day's schedule.

WORKS OFFLINE
If you lose signal at the resort, VR Planner shows the last data it saw instead of a blank screen, with a clear indicator that it's not live.

VR Planner is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Villa Roma Resort. All availability data is pulled from Villa Roma's own publicly accessible booking pages (and, for golf, its tee-time booking vendor) — this app doesn't control pricing, availability, or booking itself. To actually book, VR Planner links you to Villa Roma's real booking pages.
