WOW. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-06-02, version 1.09* Update 6/2/2026 : Absolute trash system. The schedule was so unreliable that I deleted the schedule in the app. Want to guess what happened? Yes. The garbage unit still randomly turns on heat all by itself. Now I need to figure out how to swap all this garbage out with smart thermostats, with zero assistance from Lennox. Garbage trash pita vomit. What a waste of time. This is so painful. Original: We get t the condo with Lennox VRF Mini-Splits. Never would have chosen these. No instructions on which app to get, found this after many hours of research. After you add a controller, it loses connection to app within a few hours or days. We set one controller on a simple schedule (only possible through app, not touch screen!!!?!?!), and it mostly works. Mostly. Terrible experience. Would never ever recommend Lennox. This app is of mediocre design, and poorly executed. No smart home connectivity at all. Tempted to put money down, rip out Lennox and go with better brand. You call tech support and they find out you’re the homeowner. They just hang up on you. If I could do it all over again it wouldn’t be Lennox. ### 1/5 — Reset Password *2024-07-30, version 1.09* You hit forgot password, app sends you to a screen that tells you a code will be sent to your “emaill” which it doesn’t, hense you cannot reset the password. ### 1/5 — Not even worth having *2024-02-08, version 1.09* Needed this app to connect to connect to my VRF AC remotely. Looks like I’ll never be able to do that! App won’t even launch past the welcome screen. ### 1/5 — Absolutely waste of phone space *2023-12-08, version 1.09* Are you looking for the worst app made in human history? Introducing this app, that absolutely fails to connect at all! I’ve only had it installed for 15 minutes so far. The summary screen also shows the wrong temperatures until you click into each individual unit, where it takes a second to update to show the current settings. But even after doing that, when you back out to the overview screen again, the temps displayed are still wrong. UPDATE 2023-11-08: After using this system for a year, there’s only been one update to the app which didn’t address any of the problems. I’ve hit more issues since my first review: 1) if you set up a schedule to turn a unit on/off or adjust temps, it just flat out ignores it about half the time. And there is no way to specify the fan mode in the scheduled settings. 2) about half the time if you manually change the temp or try to turn a unit on/off, you will get “device has not responded” error, and have to quit the app and retry. @Lennox this Fidure app is eroding your reputation and undermining the utility of your high performance hardware. ### 2/5 — Terrible *2025-03-06* We get t the condo with Lennox VRF Mini-Splits.
