Die App schmeißt mich einfach raus und entfernt die Option, mein Abo wieder hinzuzufügen. Größter Fehlkauf, den ich je gemacht habe

Leider seit den Deutschlandkarte sind Züge nicht angezeigt in den App.  Heute Abend zum Beispiel, ich sitze auf ein Zug Von Mannheim HBF nach Kaiserslautern HBF der um 21:37 am 13.07.23.   Was ist mit der App jetzt los?

Where are the month-long tickets? I downloaded the app for the sole purpose of purchasing them and I only found out by chance that they’re hidden in the trip planning instead of together with the other tickets in the tickets tab! Probably a big reason for many low ratings. 

I haven’t used it much but I can tell a few things from poking around. This app has a lot of data jammed into one screen and that makes the elements tiny. You can use the bottom and side tab to navigate to the same things which is redundant. The app tries to be everything at once. Simple is better. It’s a decent app overall but VRN e tariff has a better user experience and UI design.  

Also the Abo tab isn’t translated into English (yet?)
