Therefore it took my money and doesn’t offer a refund… even though it was scheduled for the night before as I asked. Both times my order wasn’t delivered. They have no number to call. No chat for support. Only an email is provided and can take up to 24hrs they say. I spent a total 50 dollars with absolutely nothing for it. I assume the first time it was a fluke but twice in a row to the same customer on the same day is insane. Who ever this company is going through has failed them and in turn the company is failing it client base. Do no use. ### 1/5 — Absurd processing fee *2025-02-27* I placed a small order and was charged a processing fee almost 75% of what my total basket was. To make matters worse, the store did not properly fulfill my order. Vroom and Rebel Delivery refused to refund processing fee . I am reporting this company to California Dept of Consumer Affairs. Be very careful ordering with them - Gopuff is a better option ### 1/5 — Bogus *2025-01-05* Used this app once and it put the wrong address in(after I triple checked it to make sure it was right) and then I went to go correct it and it wouldn’t even let me move the pin ### 1/5 — You need to hope you’ll get what you paid for *2024-03-13* So, ordered $100 of product. Got delivered $10 of product. Store says they can’t do anything, they have no clue how it actually works. They can’t refund me and they won’t deliver what i ordered. From beginning to the order being delivered I was very pleased. The delivery driver was right on time. There is no support. Why would I get anywhere with the store or delivery people that are ripping me off? They know you’re not going to be able to prove you got 5 items instead of 6, so no one cares. ### 2/5 — Technical problems *2024-07-25* My very first time ordering & using the app I got all the way through check out with payment received, just for 5 mins later for it to be cancelled.
