## What is VRP Care Connect Portal?

The Care Connect App, VRPMC's digital patient portal, gives you access to diagnostic examination results, allocated QR codes, VRP News and Services, doctor listings, and much more right in the palm of your hand.

Release Notes — VRP Care Connect v2.x

  Bug Fixes

  - Doctor schedule notes not showing — Fixed notes failing to display for certain days (e.g. Friday) due to inconsistent data handling. Notes now correctly appear per appointment slot across all schedule days.
  - Sign In redirect from Register page — Tapping "Sign In" on the registration page now correctly returns to the main sign-in screen with the bottom navigation bar visible, instead of opening a separate sign-in page without navigation.
  - Keyboard covering input fields — Fixed an issue on iOS where the keyboard would overlap form fields on the Inquiry, Update Profile, and Link Health Record pages, making it impossible to see what you're typing.
  - Bottom navigation bar appearance — Fixed the bottom navigation bar showing an incorrect blue background color on certain Android devices and iPhones with a home indicator.
  - App crash on Android (Expo Go) — Resolved a startup crash caused by the push notification module failing to load on Android, which also caused a secondary app-wide data loading failure.
  - Missing page titles — Added missing titles to the FAQs and Privacy Policy page headers for better navigation clarity.

  UI / UX Improvements

  - Consistent navigation headers — Standardized the back button and header bar design across all pages throughout the app for a more cohesive experience.
  - Modernized Update Profile page — Redesigned the profile update flow with a cleaner step-by-step layout, progress indicator, and improved keyboard handling.
  - Modernized Link Health Record page — Rebuilt the Link Health Record screen with a modern hero layout matching the rest of the app's design language.
  - Doctor appointment details — Each time slot in a doctor's schedule now displays its own notes (e.g. location, availability info) when expanded.
