Super Idee mit der App, wenn sie denn funktioniert. Geht bei mir immer mal wieder, aber nicht verlässlich. Was bringt es mir denn, wenn der Bus gerade kommt, ich einchecken will und dann das Zahlungsmittel abgelehnt wird. Am nächsten Tag geht’s dann wieder, mit der gleichen Karte. Wenn ich mich nicht auf die App verlassen kann, ist das schlecht.

Was für ein Schrott! Ich habe zwei Stunden damit verschwendet, eine Zahlungsmethode hinzuzufügen!

Tried 4 times to enter my Visa credit card to save as my payment method.  Didn’t work without giving me any clue as to why it didn’t take it. Card works at their ticket vending machines no problem.

I initially entered PayPal as the method of payment for the Deutschlandticket. It didn’t work. Unfortunately, the app did not permit me to replace PayPal with a credit card, even though I tried to change the payment method thrice. As a result, I deleted my VRR account. They obviously don’t want your business.

… Und insgesamt sehr schön gemacht, es wäre allerdings eine Idee, bei konkreter Suche von Verbindungen, zum Beispiel von Essen nach Köln, nur Verbindungen anzeigen zu lassen, die mit dem Deutschland Ticket inklusive sind. Geht bei der DB mittlerweile auch.

### 3/5 — Keine Information zu aktuellen Bauarbeiten und Ändetung von Fahrplänen bezüglich der S1 in Du Buchho

Es wird d in kleinster Weise angegeben, ob ein SEV eingerichtet ist und wo er dann abfahren würde wenn man beispielsweise in Duisburg Buchholz an der S Bahn steht und dort artet. Auf einer Anzeige war mal zu lesen, dass diese Baustelle bis zum 14. November andauern würde, aber mal muss man dann den SEV nutzen und einem  anderen Tag fährt dann doch überraschend wieder um 21:00 Uhr und um 21:30 Uhr die S Bahn. Diese sieht man dann jedoch nur wegfahren, weil man dann ja an der Bushaltestelle für den SEV steht, welche auch nur für Insider nutzbar wäre, weil es ja offensichtlich unmöglich ist, diese mal als Sonderhaltestelle auszuschildern. Wenn man bis 21 Uhr Spätdienst macht läuft man sicherlich nicht gerne zwischen Abfahrtsgleis d t S Bahn Richtung Düsseldorf und der Bushaltestelle für den SEV hin und her, nur weil das Verkehrsunternehmen sich nicht verpflichtet fühlt, ihre Fahrgäste über Änderungen zu Informieren. Nach 4 Stunden war ich dann nachts um 1 Uhr endlich am Ziel

Hallo, 
ich hab die App mir heruntergeladen um für meine Freundin das Ticket zu kaufen. ( Sie hätte sich dann in der App mit dem Account von mir angemeldet ). Hab ganz normal meine Personalien angegeben und über Google bzw. die Seite nachgeguckt, ob ich denn ein Ticket für eine andere Person kaufen könnte. ( Ja ) Also hab ich auf das DeutschlandTicket gedrückt und in den Warenkorb gelegt. Im Warenkorb stand dann NUR die Bezahlmethode und die Kosten. Natürlich dachte ich mir, wenn ich auf kaufen drücke, kommt die Frage ob ich denn unter diesen Namen das Ticket kaufen will, weil es bis jetzt noch nicht kam. Falsch gedacht und die Rechnung bekommen, dass das Ticket gekauft wurde. Wollte ich das Ticket kaufen? Ja. Wollte ich das Ticket unter meinen Namen kaufen? Nein. Jetzt hab ich das Problem, dass ich es nicht stornieren kann und ein Ticket habe unter falschen Namen, der nicht benutzt wird.

### 1/5 — Umsteigezeiten völlig unrealistisch

Diese App wird offensichtlich von irgendwelchen Nerds verwaltet, die nie ihren Arsch auch nur einen Meter vor die Türe bewegen, denn die Umsteigezeiten sind teilweise völlig unrealistisch und weltfremd.

Besonders wenn der Umstieg mehrere Ebenen beinhaltet z. b. von Straße zu U-Bahn oder U-Bahn zur DB. Rolltreppen und Aufzüge funktionieren ja oft nicht und da sind 3 Minuten aus dem Tiefen eines Tunnels auf die Straße oder dem Bahnsteig der Bahn völlig weltfremd.

Außerdem kann man keine Alternativen für Teilsegmente aufrufen, was dann den ganzen Reiseplan kaputt macht.

Das führt zu unnützen Fahrtzeitverlängerungen und ggfs. zusätzlichen umstiegen.

Aber gut, der VRR hat ja eh einen Fetisch für ausgeprägte Komplexität, die auch der Grund ist, warum ich mein Deutschland Ticket lieber in Hamburg oder München kaufe, als bei diesem Behördenalbtraum im Ruhrgebiet. Da ist es deutlich einfacher
