Like every other review, simply listen to them and don’t download the app. It doesn’t work. Absolute joke of an organization.

Is this designed to deny access to my retirement account? Because if that is its purpose than it deserves 12 stars I was mistakenly under the assumption that it was suppose to help and make access to my account easy and thoughtless like MOST ALL OTHER APPS. Delete the website and the app and start from scratch because spending 2 hours trying to make an account to log in a see my savings shouldn’t make me want to commit war crimes

Easily the worst app I’ve ever used. Cannot log in. Use a computer. This app will just make you angry.

I would really like to check my sweet gains but this thing is an absolute nightmare to login. It constantly bounces my credentials when I know they are correct. Whoever developed it needs canned.  
 Update:  This thing is still god awful.  Easily the dumpiest app on my phone.  It should not be impossible to login.

If the app isn’t going to work, please disable it until you’re able to put the proper resources into it to maintain it. A retirement company for thousands of employees should have much better technology than this in 2022.
