## What is VRTUS Training?

We are an inclusive community of members with professional strength and conditioning coaches who are here to support you in your fitness goals and welcome you into our community. 

Vrtus is a premium group fitness studio that offers block style training programs. Unlike the standard style of fitness training, we coach you as a individual and ensure you train to the best of your abilities with every minute of the group program optimised, yet always personalised enough to ensure you achieve your own goals.

Our programs are designed by a team of Strength & Conditioning staff that uses a systemised approach to train everyday people in a structured, safe and coached environment.

We believe movement for mental health is extremely important. VRTUS wants to empower the community & support those around us when needed. We do this by creating a memorable experience that connects with our members and community and create positivity, friendship and a bit of friendly competition.

This release includes Invite a Friend. This feature enhances the socialization experience by surfacing more entry points to share a class with a friend and also equipping customers with a shareable download link. We've also included some bug fixes and enhancements.
