From my laptop it wants me to download. But it won’t open on my iPhone. It takes me to Safari and tells me then I can’t use Safari, but it won’t open the app directly. I constantly get errors, no matter what I do. I really hope my doctor can find a different option because this is just awful ### 1/5 — Unprofessional *2022-09-01, version 1.22.1* I scheduled a appointment for my daughter about a week ago and this morning near noon I got a email that it was canceled. I called them to ask what had happened, because I followed all of their instructions. They said they would reschedule it the same day it got canceled. I have a wonderful therapist, but getting to her is a drag. ### 2/5 — Inadequacy of VSee *2025-03-12, version 1.30.0* The program is erratic-the visual stops working and becomes blurry and/or dialogue is off sync with the blurry auditory - cutting out and distorting our words. We switch to to talk by phone while maintaining our visual communication on a muted screen. Why don’t you have an adequate program so my therapist and I can successfully communicate without interruption? ### 2/5 — Convenient but has its issues. *2023-02-21, version 1.24.0* I’ve had a great experience with my therapist. I don’t drive, so being able to have therapy from home is very helpful. The problem is, I always experience connectivity issues. Both my therapist and I have pretty good internet connections but, for some reason, the app starts acting up. The audio always starts cutting off and I can’t hear my therapist, which it’s kind of important. We have to restart the session a few times and connecting and disconnecting wastes valuable time. ### 2/5 — Keeps sending me to the wrong waiting room *2022-10-28, version 1.23.0* I have missed two appointments now because VSee sent me to the wrong providers waiting room. I see 3 providers at this practice and twice now I’ve ended up in the wrong one. This caused me to miss a vitally important appointment and I was charged a no show fee. Well VSee can pay my no show fee this time! And I have to communicate with my provider by text message instead of face to face.
