Disconnects every few minutes before it ultimately crashes. You can no longer add an additional user to the call while on the call. ### 2/5 — Too many notifications *2021-04-13, version 4.10.1* I HATE how many notifications I get once a user enters my waiting room. WHY is it necessary for me to get 70+ notifications when someone enters my room and even AFTER I have already started meeting with them. One would suffice. This person is not in my contacts list, has never been a patient, and continues to enter the waiting room multiple times per day. I contacted the help desk and was informed that there was no way to block unwanted users from entering the waiting room. For an app that is supposed to be hipaa secure, this is completely unacceptable ### 3/5 — VSee *2020-09-29, version 4.9.0* I hope it incorporates more autonomy. Reschedule/move appts using software and not having to speak to someone to reschedule an appt. Anything that can be done without needing to speak to someone is better. Has done quite well for us. Easy to use with minimal training time required for clinicians/patients. Would rate about 4.5 due to occasional call drops, but not the app’s fault. Well I am a current user and I’m not impressed! I have been using this app with my therapist for about five years now and almost every time my therapist and I get on a call, the video freezes and cuts off communication between the two of us giving a message saying the video feed has lost connection. This is not only very annoying, but also cuts into my time with my therapist which I am paying for!! The quality of the call is often low and we both have to keep asking each other “can you hear me?” We each do not receive the messages sent to each other in the chat portion of the app. I thought my therapist had ghosted me when in fact she had never received any of my messages! What a disaster! Thank GOD I found her email and contacted her that way!! At our last meeting we both agreed that we need to find a new meeting app that is more reliable.
