### 2/5 — Now PPFD doesn’t work

Ever since the new update I can’t just look at ppfd I have to click ppfd collector to get a par reading. Really annoying.

I couldn't be happier with both the FUTUREHORTI FH-100 meter and the customer support behind it.

After the recent app update, the PPFD function stopped working on my iPhone, even though the Lux meter continued to work correctly. I contacted the developer by email, explained the issue, and included a few screenshots.

To my surprise, they responded very quickly, identified the problem, and released a fix almost immediately. The app is now working perfectly again, and the PPFD and DLI functions are back to normal.

It's refreshing to find a company that stands behind its product and provides such fast, professional customer service. Their willingness to listen to customer feedback and resolve the issue so quickly deserves recognition.

I highly recommend the FUTUREHORTI FH-100 and the Vsensor app. Excellent product, excellent support, and a company that truly cares about its customers.

App/ product does exactly what you want it to do, idk how this app has a 2.4 rating but it made me skeptical at first, the people were just hating. I don’t even care IF you’re stealing my data, every other app does. good app good job 👍🏻

I Purchased this unit originally to keep light temp match worked great when purchased. I recently moved moved. Wanted to make sure everything was still good. And to my surprise CCT no longer displaying. Which was the whole purpose of me purchasing. To my surprise this was taken away by an app update if a light doesn’t produce enough Lux. Well some practical lighting doesn’t produce a lot of Lux. If I knew I was going to loose functionality I would have never purchased. Please undo the CCT limit I have a unit specifically for lux I purchased this for the CCT that is now unusable so you have not improved your product you have downgraded. I have never left a review before but this infuriated me especially when I needed it to work.

Nothing to do really except install the app and turn on the sensor. I get accurate results. I tested it against several known sources. It was quite close. A couple of mild criticisms. When I’m searching for this app on my iPhone I have to remember its name. I find the name a little odd for searching purposes. Also, I don’t understand the reference “This is a professional tool“. I have no idea what this means. If I’m not a paid lighting designer, am I forbidden to use this app? Anyway, it works quite well with there sensor. Very satisfied.
