They went above and beyond to satisfy me and the only issues I had was with the app. I highly recommend reaching out if you’re having issues they will help you once they investigate let them. I finally regret buying them, but I already set a stone. I bought two cameras and added it to this app because I was supposed to do, but it feels like the application is like made in China so it lacks unique quality to produce clarity and picture frames. It also blurred detection isn’t as good it does have a light that turns on and controlling seem fine but there’s a lot of loading issues when it comes to videos when it comes to sounds things are very slow. They’re not right away. Same time I can get up from the couch and look at it while I’m getting up but on the camera still on the couch getting up slowly so and the alerts to go off, they need to update app in this to add more features need to have more accessibility more alert settings more cost-effective ways to produce the application when using the camera so that way individual using application can find easier to process it and be user-friendly, but this application is more hard to do but it’s connection labs it’s not notifications are frequent.
