I’ve tried to retrieve my account number via email, but it returns an encrypted email address (****@gmail.com). I’ve sent an email asking for my account number which has been ignored. I don’t know how long my fish has not been fed for. It keeps saying “Network is out of order,” even though my internet connection is working fine. I’m able to submit this review without any issues. The fish feeder has become useless now. After my city changed to Daylight Saving Time from Standard Time, the app feeding schedules have been messed up. Also, there is no place insider the App displaying the current time (if it can, you can fix the bug very easily). Just remember many cities in the world change time twice a year, even though China doesn’t change time.
