I have been trying to log into the app to access footage when I’m at home. The app will not log me in and doesn’t recognise my password or username the Support team do not get back to your emails. I have been trying to Email for months. This now means it’s gonna cost me thousands to change my cameras at my business. I would not recommend these.

Utilizzo questa app da più di cinque anni, improvvisamente le telecamere si posso visualizzare solo se si è connessi con lo stesso Wi-Fi.
Fuori casa non si posso più vedere.

Only works when it feels like it. Systems all seem to be down again. Tried restarting everything ect. Playback rarely works on one of 3  of my cameras even when it is working. Apps is not the most user friendly and no way of communicating with the makers so they are aware of the problems. Cost a lot of money to install but don’t feel it’s fits for purpose. Certainly wouldn’t rely on it for security.
