Гірше банківського продукту я не бачів. По-перше зробили обовʼязковий опитувальний в якому не мае потрібних опцій, дали можливість користуватись і зразу вимагають документи із України яких я перебуваючи за кордоном не можу надати, на мої пояснення вони не зважають звинуватили в тероризмі довелось самому закривати рахунок бо погрожували автоматично закрити. Це досвід просто ємоційно виснажив слава Богу є монобанк. Щосливий що закрив всі рахунки цього банку

Замовила виписку десь на початку шостої вечора , коли прийшла з роботи, вона потрібна керівництву. Так цей недобанк написав ,що виписка буде завтра з 9.30 ! Альо ! Мені потрібно сьогодні, як це зробив приват банк, за лічені секунди!!! Що мені казати керівництву ?!  Знайте банк восток - ви дно!

Не связывайтесь с этим банком!!! Я стоял на трассе, на заправке закончился бензин, попросил друга скинуть деньги на карту - они  заблокировали  сумму 2500 грн на карте, в течении суток ждите мы вам ответим … у меня куча банков, с таким первый раз сталкиваюсь - я удаляю приложение и забываю как страшный сон !!!
