I changed the password to connect to WiFi and apparently I fat fingered the new password and to reset the WiFi password in the app you must be connected to the device. The owner manual states to open settings in the app to reset forgotten password but unless you are connected to WiFi you cannot access the password reset.

I actually love this product. I manage to use it while I record on my motorcycle. I put some double sided tape and attach to my helmet. I’ve gotten great videos. Affordable than a GoPro. Quality isn’t good as the Go pro but it does catches great videos. I have my tik tok on videos I recorded. Ajclark361

Can view videos directly on phone using wifi. Takes 35s to download 60s video to phone over wifi. Once saved, can view anytime as the video is stored locally. A 60s video is around 93MB, so make sure your phone has enough storage. Can use the app to delete locally saved videos if running out of space. There was a missing video while I was messing around in the app, so try not to keep using the app for your own safety. Other than that, no problems with the app so far.

The iPhone app will not automatically prompt you to connect to the Wi-Fi’s camera. In order for this to work, you must connect to the cameras Wi-Fi from the iPhone setting. Once connected, open this app and it will work. Good luck

I’ve been using this all summer installed on my motorcycle. The video quality is outstanding! One issue I have is viewing vids in the app, they seem to freeze often but it is overcome by saving all to local in app then open apple photos app and view them there. 

It didn’t seem to record as long as it was set to do earlier this summer although it did in the spring. Reviewing vids this week from late summer and it appears to work as it should now. Perhaps the last update fixed a bug. 

I recommend this app and the hardware it manages without reservation.
