## What is VTIMobile?

The Virtual Tunnel Inspection (VTI) Application is a simulation software to be used as part of the Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA) National Highway Institute (NHI) course. The VTI is intended to educate users by providing a tunnel inspection scenario to complete.
