I followed instructions to get this device to work but I kept getting an error saying ‘failed to get authorization’ and there are no instructions to resolve it. I created an account, deleted and reinstalled the app, forget the device and reconnected, NOTHING resolves the issue and there is no live support or instructions to fix it. So disappointed!

Vtrans earbuds will work as earbuds but they won’t connect to the Vtrans app so they are useless for translation. I’ve tried forgetting the device several times and reconnecting it and have tried deleting the app several times and reinstalling it. Apparently it’s just a cheap set of earbuds with a non-working app as a gimmick.

非常に残念な商品。
バックグラウンド再生も出来ないし、翻訳が遅いのでリアルでは使えない。
また再生言語の話すスピードも遅すぎだし設定も出来ない。
最低限、再生速度の設定は欲しい。
他のアプリとも同時に使いたいけど、バックグラウンド再生はできないし、イアフォンの良さがなく電池の減りも早い

I have tried several times to get this app to translate two languages at the same time, but when I speak Spanish all it does is translate to the English side a different Spanish phrase. Maybe I’m doing something wrong but that just makes me frustrated because that means the user interface is not Clear. It’s very frustrating because all of the technology needed is here, but the people who developed this did not care to fix the bugs.

全くレビューしない派ですが、ほんとに酷いのでせめて警告に。翻訳にかなり時間がかかる、訳された日本語は意味がよくわからない、諦めてせめてイアフォンで使うかと思えばタイムラグが大きくダメダメ。製品を購入してからここに来られると思いますが、諦めてください。通訳ガイドをしているので、機械はまだこのレベルかと思えば安心できるともいえますが。

Unfortunately, it’s terrible! It doesn't translate for even 50 seconds before stopping; you have to keep holding it. I take it to Mass, and it keeps pausing. It really should support continuous translation until *we* press the button to pause it—and without the need to keep holding it in your hands, pointed at your face. Don't buy it.

イヤホン自体、骨伝導を使っていたので、慣れていないせいかな？と思い、いろいろ３ヶ月試しました。最初、１ヶ月した頃、電源が入っているのかさえわかりにくく、問い合わせをしましたが、返事はなく、それからも試して、このサイトを見て、自分だけでなかったと思いました。私も、悪い評価をつけたことは過去ないのですが、やはり後に続く人にお知らせしたほうがいいと思いました

日本語から英語に翻訳する時の英語を話す速度は普通なのに、英語から日本語に翻訳する時の日本語を話す速度がとても遅く、会話に着いて行けません。 日本語を話す速度をもう少し早くできませんか？ 速度の調整ができるとなお良いです。 音声認識率もよく、翻訳の精度も良いのに、日本語を話す速度だけが遅くて残念です。 ぜひ改善してください。

アップデートされたようなので使ってみました。
1.日本語を話す速度は相変わらずのんびりノロノロで話についていけません。
2.フリートークモードでYouTubeの動画を見てると「正しく使え」というダイアログと共に勝手に翻訳が終わる。意味不明

翻訳文の表示方法がちょっと変わった程度で、結局変えるべきところが全然変わってないです。
ネットメディアでYouTubeの動画がスラスラ翻訳されるって紹介されてたけど、それも完全にウソですね。金もらって提灯記事でも書いたんでしょう。
アリエクやTemuで売ってる500円くらいの翻訳イヤフォンの方が遥かに使い勝手良いですよ。
月額利用料かかるけど、こんなインチキイヤフォンに数万出すなら全然アリです。

Simply doesn’t work as advertised.  They appear to have been quick to market and the device does not allow you to translate between two languages as you’d expect.  I can translate English to Spanish, or Spanish to English, but not back and forth.

到着を楽しみにしていたのですが、まず、アプリ上での会員登録ができません
また、使いたかった言語はサポートしていないと出るし、広告内容とかなり違います
試しにメールの英文メッセージを翻訳させてみましたがひどいものでした
他の無料で使えるAIの方が遥かに性能が上です
それなりのお値段がする割に、この内容では返品したいくらいです
もう少しテストを重ねてから出してほしかったです
無料で使えるAIの方が全然良いです

Excellent app that’s straightforward to use and has many languages. I’m delighted it has Persian but would love it even more if Persian was available in conversation mode!

Idk why there’s so many one stars, maybe they don’t work well for other languages ? But speaking for Russian they work perfectly back and forth, very formal but it works if you need to communicate!

You buy some headphones to translate and they take too long in the translation and then you find that they sell you translations that they offer on Amazon included and now you have to pay separately and it is also very slow honestly I do not recommend it

Compras unos audífonos para traducir y se demoran demasiado en la traducción y luego te encuentras que te venden traducciones que ofrece en Amazon incluidas y ahora tienes que pagar aparte además es muy lento sinceramente no lo recomiendo

音を拾ってくれた時は
英語ならソコソコだが
拾ってくれない
喋るスピードが遅すぎて
全く使えない、調整したい
中国語は無力
まだ、 iPhoneの新しい方がまだ使えるかな？
ベトナム語は拾った時使えるけど英語と同じ感覚
後会話の途中で相手の話を聞いていると
正しく使えと止まってしまうので

スピーカーモードで音量maxにしても、小さな音しか出ず、翻訳結果が相手に伝わない。違うデバイスでも確かめたのでデバイスの問題ではない。改善を求む！

翻訳アプリの速度が遅過ぎて、当然、イヤホンからの音声も遅くて、使いものになりません。
この手の商品は初購入で、期待してMakuakeで購入させていただきましたが、とても残念です。
アプリのバージョンアップと今後の改良に期待を込めて、星1にしたいところ、星2の評価に致しました。
改善して、評価アップに努めていただけますよう、お願いしたいところです。
