One of the worst apps and streaming services ever used. Very, very poor perfomrance all around and never gets resolved

PLEASE HIRE SOME ENGINEERS WHO CAN FIX IT!!

Customer service is also really lousy and does't ever return phone calls.

Plays 2 channels at once. The dvr goes back 7 days but it runs more than one station at a time, it flashes you from the network to another. Can not get any support by voicemail or from the ticket I placed 3 days ago with no response. Service worked up until I was out of the free trial and had committed to keep their service.

great programming! unfortunately, app virtually NEVER works. live & ‘catch up’ programs simply won’t play. many times a channel is frozen in a short loop of a show which aired days ago. super-frustrating!

Really annoying with iPad. If you close the app and then you come back let’s say 15 minutes later and try to watch something, none of the channels will stream. I have to restart the iPad every time.

I love having this option over DIRECTV. All the channels I like at a fraction of what I was paying.

This app won’t steal your analytics info.
Also there an American company ran by Christian family’s 
I was able to kick the dish network at 150 a month paying for a year that’s 180 bucks
