Switched from android to apple and the apple app won’t start past the login.   Once signed it it just crashes.

No information seems to be stored if the glasses are disconnected from the phone. If I need to charge my glasses I need to redo the pairing every time to get the sensors to connect. If I close the app I have to redo the pairing. If I restart the phone, redo pairing. Guess I shouldn’t be too surprised for a company who’s kick starter took over three years to produce a product.

ペアリング後にアプリケーションを閉じ、再度起動すると「ペアリングしたデバイスがありません…」と表記され再度設定するはめになります。

電池残量のチェックやジェスチャーのオンオフもできない。デバイス自体とても良いですが、アプリがこれでは使い物になりません。早急に対応して頂きたい。

ログインしようとしたところアプリが落ち、以降全く起動せず。使い物にならないので星ゼロにしたいくらいです。
とりあえずペアリングだけして使っていますが、マイクの性能が低すぎてまともに通話できません。買わなきゃよかった。

The app presents a non-prog on registration with the entry field for birthdates. No change after multiple attempts. 
A phone reboot results in a black screen when launching the app. No change after multiple attempts. 
Unusable and essentially non-functioning.

レンズ交換を眼鏡屋へ依頼しましたが、度がほとんど入っていない薄いレンズでないと、無理との事でした、フレームへ熱を加えられ無いので、厚みのあるレンズは交換でき無いようですので、視力が弱く一般眼鏡と同じ使い方で考えてはだめな様です。
アプリもまだ不備？が多くて生年月日が何故か固定、ペアリングは出来てもそこから先に進めず、ただのオーディオグラス状態です。
これから先改善されなければ、もう使わないです。

登録時のしつらえの酷さは他の方のレビュー通りです。
生年月日が固定なのは意味がわからない。
日本語のローカライズに失敗しているということなのでしょう。

なによりも困っているのはペアリングできないことです。大欠陥ではないでしょうか。

日本語に対応したと言われているが、所々おかしい部分がある。特にアプリのホーム画面(メガネアイコン)右上のボリュームマークを押すと、謎の表示「サ…モ…」と表示される。意味わからない。

また、生年月日がデフォルト？「1995/12/02」から変更できない。意味わからない。
早急な改善を要します。

追記
思った以上により酷かった。
アプリを閉じると表示状設定が全て戻っている。
このアプリは本当に必要なのか疑うレベル。

My glasses won’t pair and the site has no real troubleshooting. On top of that, you Want to log in the app with Facebook? Too bad! Won’t work. Email? Nope! Don’t recognize you. Try another email you’ve never used. Nope! Still don’t recognize you. 3 years of waiting and a great moment of disappointment.

I’m really not sure if I should be angry or sad.  I received my Vue glasses today, and am probably amongst the last of people to receive what I expected to be absolutely amazing technology.  Just last weekend I was gloating to a friend who had recently purchased a pair of Bose Tenor frames that my glasses would surely be better.  I compared my yet to be received Vue to the better proprietary technology Beta vs VHS.

Was I ever wrong.  

Had I done my research before opening my big mouth I would have seen that Vue has given up on its bone vibrating technology for actual speakers on its current models.  In addition, had I read the reviews I wouldn’t have been holding my breath in anticipation of receiving my glasses.  Heavy, uncomfortable, hardly audible, and extremely disappointing... they meet the minimum expectation of getting something, but not much else. 

I was reminded last night as I discussed my frustration with my 10 and 14 year old daughters that not everything can come in first place... but that we live in a society where just participating earns a ribbon... or in this case $2.2M Dollars.  Sooner rather than later, Vue will be forgotten in the same way as the 200th place Olympic contender... while some more of my hard earned money will go into some other new and exciting technology that hopefully will wow me the same way as my Tesla.  

If you haven’t yet purchased Vue, save your money.  If you have, I’m sorry but we have been lured into buying into a Vue that reality couldn’t measure up to.

The app is crap, the glasses are heavy, the sound is terrible and the interface is from four years ago. Nice way to scam me out of 179$.

Never buy anything from this company.

I ordered a pair of glasses from them, which they took a month to ship. Once the box arrived, it was empty. Despite photos and evidence from USPS, Vue refused to refund my several hundred dollars (!). This app also doesn’t even work, as the other reviews describe.

Would not recommend Vue to my worst enemy.

UPDATE:  VUE is still advertising their “app capabilities” with VUE Lite 2…except there is NO VUE Lite 2 app.

I can’t connect to the app with my iPhone. I have done the reset the Vue 2 lite glasses , per the app instructions. I can pair the phone with blue tooth but I want to use the app , to monitor my progress with workouts etc . 

I can’t find any documentation assisting with the app working with my iPhone , which has the latest updates etc .

I’m FINALLY able to connect to my iPhone! Version 1.2.5 worked! I did delete the prev app & reloaded it to prevent any residual issues.

I can FINALLY listen to audiobooks, music, etc while gettin’ work done!! I spec’d my nearsighted Rx in for the lenses, so I can really see too! So thrilled!! 

As early adopter of bone conduction technology, I’m hoping there’s continued future audio improvements to increase adoption. Re the lenses, would be great if frames were built to allow my preferred Optician to insert lenses. Otherwise, great job Vue! Keep it going!

Minor bugs:
1- The app doesn't work with iOS Dark Mode, in particular when you get the drop-down element (date picker/multiple options)
2- Vue's App doesnt connect with Health App
3- Slightly delay between Touch Gesture and iOS actions (Play/Pause, Siri and Next/Previous Track)

Suggestions for future enhancement:
1- option to enable/disable Activity Tracking to save Vue's Battery
2- in a Vue 2.0 include a Noise Cancel feature (if that's even possible)

I’d love to be able to connect this data to Apple Health, Fitbit, and/or MyFitnessPal. So for example Fitbit could update my profile weight or apple health could measure my steps and then I could compare steps that my Fitbit measured versus the glasses.

I’m still waiting for my Vue Smart Glasses to arrive, but I do have some suggestions and questions if you don’t mind answering. 

Does Vue application on IOS offer spoken notifications or spoken notifications as the website advertises. 

My suggestions are;

1. Voice Recorder functionality
2. Hearing Booster similar to Google’s Sound Amplifier application to bear conversations easier
3. Possibly Apple Watch application
4. Flashlight functionality
5. Touchpad sensitivity options

Great work, looking forward to mine arriving.
