What’s the point of even offering downloads if new users can’t create accounts? Total waste of time. Can not even evaluate the product before they want your credit card information. We do not support credit cards at all - so we're unclear where you are encountering it. You are welcome to use Chalk for free and it does not require a license to start or use.
