### 1/5 — Tired of waiting for app to load and transaction to through

This is 2nd month in a row I’m facing issues while paying the installment. Had to delete and reinstall the app 5 time just to login and see the data load. Next issue was on payment. Why show a discount at UPI portal when it will not allow me to pay through that portal? Moving on to the third issue. Since none of the UPI payments were successful, had to pay through net banking but again the page stopped loading and app stopped working. 
Now neither am I able to see the gold rate for the day nor proceed with to check if the transaction is gone through. 
First month experiencing this issue I can understand. This cannot happen for 2 months in a row!

This app is useless. Often malfunctions. Unable to change password. Unable to login.
No response from the VBJ team on WhatsApp chatbot

When I try to log in it says to download the latest version from the app store. I tried uninstalling and installing again it's not working. When I checked version this app update was last year. Please get this fix done quickly.

Back buttons doesn’t work . Not a quality job.

Some basic functionality doesn’t work in the app. For example back buttons don’t work, OTP doesn’t work. No social logins (this is important since the previous website had social login and I created by account with that. Now I can’t access my account and the app says I’m not a registered user)
