It works one day then breaks and we have to wait a month until the next update. I don’t understand how an update can actually slow this system waaaaay down, but it did! Vusion developers take note & fix this now! Most recent update removed the pop-up keyboard so there is no way to input item IDs. I contacted customer service, who said it was fixed (it isn’t). Then they said there is nothing they could do but recommended writing a negative review in hopes that the coders see it. I will now be researching a new company to transition our digital tags to, and look to file claims for services not rendered. We are subject to false advertising claims because we can’t update our tags to reflect the correct item & cost. Cela fait perdre du temps de devoir a chaque fois l’activer ### 1/5 — キーボード入力が使えなくなった *2024-06-08, version 1.8.603* 業務で使用しているため他の選択肢がないのですが、23年末付近のアップデートで改悪されてしまいました。 カメラ機能での読み込みよりも、無線で繋げたバーコードリーダーの方が早いのでそちらで読み込みをかけていたのですが、年末あたりのアップデートで外部キーボード繋げてある場合そちらからの入力を受け付けなくなってしまい、純正のMagic Keyboardもバーコードリーダーも使えない状況に。 キーボード外せば画面上でのキー入力はできるのですが、その度に純正キーボード外すのって…。 リストにしたものからコピペもできなければバーコードリーダーでリズム良くぴこぴこ読むのもできないので非常にストレス。 この外部機器が使えるように戻ってくれるのを切に願います。ーーーーー 2024/03 アップデートが来たので期待したのですが全く変化なし。 相変わらずキーボード接続中は入力用カーソルが出ないため操作ができない。0始まりのバーコードのもの等がうまく認識されないこともあるためキーボード＆バーコードリーダーが使えないと業務に能率的な支障が出ますので早めになんとかして欲しいです。 ーーーーーThe problem of not being able to input data when a keyboard or barcode reader is connected has not been fixed even after half a year.
