The other platforms were in a perpetual buffer state. After waiting 2min I figured it would not work. Chat support was not available. **Developer response:** Apologies for the delayed reply, we didn't see your review. Our chat system is on UK time. We would be happy to see why you have an issue if you were to use the contact email feature or email us via our website. We have been working hard to keep the app working.
