Schöne Reise geplant, alles gut, mit dreimal umsteigen. Beim erste Umsteig haben wir fast sitzengeblieben, weil niemand sagte dass nur die nummer des busses wird geändert. Dann nächtste Umstieg: 8 Minuten später angekommen, natürlich war der nächste bus schon weg. Zack und wir sitzen da im Regen anderhalb Stunde für die nächste Bus wartend. Also nur ungefähr, kann man nicht richtig planen ### 4/5 — Passt *2025-06-13, version 5.121.0* Nicht wunderschön, aber macht was sie soll. ### 1/5 — Bezahlt - kein Ticket erhalten *2025-05-07, version 5.117.0* Keine Emailbestätigung bekommen und auch keine Möglichkeit mein bereits bezahltes Ticket mit Buchungsnummer seperat aufzurufen. Die Einzelfahrt war als PDF Ticket angeblich nicht verfügbar, daher sollte ich das Ticket per Mail erhalten, welches aber nie ankam, auchuzu nicht im Spam Ordner. ### 2/5 — Keine Kartenfunktion *2024-09-28, version 5.84.0* Leider keine integrierte Karte um die Haltestelle zu finden. Man kann also auf keine Haltestelle klicken um deren Position zu erfahren. Wenn man also nicht auswendig weiß, wo die Haltestelle ist, wird es schwierig weil weder Adresse vorhanden noch der Haltestellenname unbedingt googlebar ist. ### 3/5 — Internetprobleme *2024-07-20, version 5.74.0* Leider im Bereich Mayrhofen und Tux ständig fehlende Internetverbindung. Obwohl Netz in Ordnung ist. ### 1/5 — So funktioniert Verkehrswende NICHT! *2023-07-13, version 4.355.0* Wenn ich als Tourist ahnungslos an der Bushaltestelle stehe in der Annahme, wie überall jedes der an der Bushaltestelle annoncierten Tickets im Bus kaufen zu können und dann vom Busfahrer erfahre, dass das nur an einem Fahrkartenautomaten, der nur mit Münzgeld funktioniert und nur einen Teil der möglichen Tickets überhaupt anbietet, oder per App funktioniert, dann ist für mich das Thema „Öffi fahren“ schon durch. Wenn ich dann noch jede Menge persönliche Daten in der App hinterlassen soll, die zur Nutzung eines Fahrscheins NIEMANDEN etwas angehen, dann hat hier jemand ganz gründlich nicht begriffen, was Verkehrswende bedeutet. Kleiner Tipp, falls Sie nicht verstehen, was ich meine: Nutzerführung der App identisch zu einem Fahrkartenautomaten mit Ticketdirektwahl für die, die wissen, was sie wollen und Frage-Antwort-Spiel für den Rest, Bezahlen (auch) per ApplePay, Ticket dann ins Wallet legen. Das geht schnell, auch wenn man schon im Bus sitzt und hinterlässt keine Datenspuren, auf die Sie hinterher teuer aufpassen müssen! Wir sind dann gelaufen, was in Innsbruck auch viel schöner ist… Was wir bei einem vielleicht nächsten Besuch machen, hängt jetzt von Ihnen ab. Die Anreise von unserem Urlaubsort nach Innsbruck war leider nur mit dem PKW sinnvoll flexibel und bezahlbar zu bewältigen. Das Fernziel muss ein landesweit oder noch besser europaweit einheitliches System sein. Das Deutschland-Ticket ist in dem Zusammenhang ein guter Anfang, aber auch noch (mit Absicht) viel zu gelegenheitsnutzerunfreundlich. ### 1/5 — Funktioniert nicht *2023-05-08, version 4.355.0* Habe die App geladen und wollte mich registrieren. Die erforderliche Mail kommt aber nicht an, Verifizierung des Kontos daher nicht möglich. Ein neuer Versuch, die Registrierung zu Wiederholen, klappt nicht mit dem Hinweis, dass das Konto mit dieser Email schon existiert. Passwort zurücksetzen klappt jedoch auch nicht, denn die Zurücksetzen-Mail kommt ebenfalls nicht an. Habe es jetzt mehrere Tage nacheinander probiert, um auszuschließen, dass es ein temporäres Problem ist - erfolglos.
