Stuck between client signature and finalized shift and it’s keep repeating 😖 ### 2/5 — Font *2024-11-21, version 3.4.3* The font size is too small and the blue font just adds to the angst of filling in shift notes between clients. Can font size or/and colour be altered to enable a more user friendly app? ### 3/5 — Can’t write task notes til After shift ends. *2024-04-05, version 3.3.4* Major Issue: I should be able to write task notes during my shift and save and then complete them once shift has ended. At present if I enter anything in Task notes before the end of my shift the App sends that as my shift completed time- even if it’s hours too early. So at present your app forces staff to complete their documentation AFTER shift instead of DURING, which is best practice. Also forcing staff to work after they’ve signed off from shift as your app does, is actually against the FairWork Laws in Australia so companies could end up in a lot of trouble!! Lastly why make the data entry boxes so damn small AND they’re unable to be expanded to a decent sized font- not everyone has 20:20 vision!! ### 2/5 — Lag *2024-01-23, version 3.3.1* App is so slow. One example is declining shifts. I should be able to decline multiple shifts instead of declining one at a time. Or decline all at once. When I’m completing a shift there is a lot of options to put in information but I’m not supposed to put anything in those options (unless a shift variation) so why are they even there? If there is a problem the support team work on it straight away.
