Was very interested in this service when I heard about it. But the app is completely inaccessible to the iOS built-in screen reader named voiceover. Good apart from that. ### 4/5 — Needed this for 13 years! *2024-08-14, version 5.6.0* I don’t know what the other folks are complaint about but VXT is an excellent business phone service. It integrates with Zapier webhooks, records and transcribed calls, takes not during and after the calls, sends you emails with the voicemails and calls, has texting in the calls and is just awesome! We use the integrations with MyCase and Clio both and they’re great! I want to give them 5 stars but they need to get MMS and group texting working. Good apart from that. ### 5/5 — Excellent Service *2022-10-08, version 4.19.0* I switched from Verizon to Mint Mobile to save money on my business line, but Mint doesn't have its own visual voicemail, so I looked around for a bit and landed on Vxt. It has features I didn't know I wanted, like transcriptions sent to my e-mail and voicemail accessible from anywhere, like my personal phone and computer. Thirty extra bucks a month still has me playing less than what Verizon and ATT wanted. The negative reviewers on here seem to have made their own errors, which they're upset at having to correct; sorry, developers, that this affects your rating so much. PSA: Using the website via computer to make important changes to an account, rather than a phone app, is better anytime it's an option! That's my experience as a computer technician who's both set up and deactivated hundreds of accounts over dozens of different services for customers over the past ten~ years. Try that if you're having trouble, on here or any other phone app. ### 5/5 — Amazing Nxt star on the block! *2022-09-01, version 4.18.0* I’ve found since its inception, Vxt to be a incredible startup with a vision, a wonderful alternative to listening to endless voice messages; extremely helpful and time saving especially in this technological age with few advances in areas for those particularly in the disability space. Also far better than those following in behind, with better customer service, incredible leadership and teamwork.
