I wanted to know my bpi credit card rewards points since it is no longer reflected in my billing statement. I tried to login using my exisint bpi login and used thr pin sent to my registered phone. However, this vybe app showed an error messsage “Sorry. We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again.” Mind you i have this error message so many times. I have never been able to successfully login nor use the app. Also the “contact us” from the bpi or vybe app does not have any choice to select vybe related issue in the menu. ### 1/5 — Unstable *2026-01-03, version 6.1.1* Cannot stay open.
