I downloaded it for the steps feature, but it only works if you have your phone physically on you, each day I get about 10-15% of my actual steps. Consider linking to health app to accurately grab steps and this app would be so much better. I already play most of the featured puzzle games and I don’t like fake slot games. I currently have $13 & I’ve had this app for over a month, I don’t know if I’ll be able to cash out whenever I do hit the $25 threshold, but I’ll definitely be deleting the app when I do. ### 2/5 — Incredibly Scummy *2026-09-03* Listen they changed the earnings of 20k steps from 37 cents to 31 cents. Now there’s a REQUIREMENT of downloading games before you’re able to cash out when that wasn’t there before. If I was earning without games, why now? Surveys don’t even work, over 80% of the time they just screen out. The game requirement is going to make me get this app off my phone ASAP. ### 4/5 — Not good for games *2026-08-22* I thought this app was a scam at first, but they do pay out very quickly when you cash out, and it’s a good app for earning with steps. However, they fall short with their games, because most of the level goals don’t actually pay money, just points toward filling the meter, which might or might not ever actually fill. And even then the payout is a lot lower than what you would get if you played the games through another app that actually pays for level goals. ### 3/5 — Great concept but.. *2026-08-21* I have been playing games on this app for a little bit now. The withdrawal process does take a little time usually a few days. Which isn’t bad. However I recently got told I reached my max limit to withdrawal for the year. Which is a huge bummer. I most likely will forget about this app when I am finally able to withdrawal the rest of my funds. They would get 5 stars if it wasn’t for this. ### 2/5 — Why do you need my ID *2026-08-18* Got up to the cash out amount but in order to cash out they wanted to have me join another site and wanted to scan my face and get a copy of my DL. I don’t think so, not given all my info and a copy of my signature. I walked away from $27+ dollars. Why make it easy for them to get my information. I join other apps that payout without needing any of that done and get my money just fine. Keep your money and I will keep my identity. ### 2/5 — No new games *2026-08-18* This is ridiculous! For more than 2 months no new games! Done update ! Nothing. How to go on with something like this?! ### 3/5 — No games *2026-08-09* After 1 month … only 6 games and obviously… not sufficient time. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2026-08-03* Does not track any of the games so not got paid for anything also you only get paid 1p for every 10k steps not worth it at all waste of time EDIT: since you seem to think everyone doesn’t know what they’re doing. The tracking on my phone and the app was enabled and the tracking still did NOT work for ANY of the games. Just like other reviews that state the tracking does not work the problem is with the app or you just don’t want to pay **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. In order for your gameplay to track, you need to allow tracking on both the game and VYBS. If you do not allow tracking, the game can not be credited to your user or your milestones rewarded. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2026-08-03* I deleted this app because every survey I took I was disqualified just for honesty and games that I had already played from other apps I wasn’t allowed to play them because I had already played them previously. They fail to realize that all these apps have the same games and you suffer from this fact alone. We hope that you find games you haven't yet encountered and can enjoy on VYBS, we are always working on adding new titles! ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-07-31* Don’t bother downloading this app. It doesn’t properly convert the steps. Customer support is horrible (probably a bot). Deleting from my phone. ***update** I looked at the “summary” and the “steps” and they are both the same. The summary is everything health related on my phone. The developers have no clue what they’re talking about. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The step counter in the app reads only your iPhone's own built-in step tracker — the steps your phone records when you're carrying it. It doesn't connect to your Apple Watch or other wearables. That's why you might see a different number here than on your Watch or in Health. Your Apple Watch counts movement from your wrist all day, even when your phone is on a table or in another room. The app only counts steps taken while your iPhone is physically on you — so the Watch or Health total is usually higher. ### 2/5 — Pro’s and Con’s *2026-07-30* So the pro’s is that you can earn money. The cons is the minimum withdrawal is $25 and they will charge you for withdrawing money. Which to me is stupid because you’re already playing their games but now they want to charge you a fee for withdrawing money you’ve spent time playing their games. After this $25 limit I will be deleting the app. **Developer response:** There is no fee for cashing out. Some options like Paypal and Venmo have an issuing fee, but there are many other fee free options that you can choose from. ### 1/5 — No instant rewards *2026-07-28* Rewards are not instant and may take up to 5 days and that’s after they already review completion of goals. Waiting for my first payout. Even if received I doubt I’ll continue. There are better apps that do pay instantly. This is like Benjamin jr as far as foot dragging goes. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Support is horrendous. *2026-09-03* On the second week of trying to get an issue resolved. My $10 visa cashout has been in limbo and VYBS ca keeps telling me to contact tremendous and tremendous tells me to contact VYBS. I keep getting the run around by this company just tryin to get my money. And they only option is to contact them through email and they are slow at responding. I will update if they resolve but I doubt they will. ### 1/5 — Thieves!!!!!!!! *2026-08-30* LESS THAN ZERO STARS!!!! Do not download this app!!! I was playing my games normally and had earned $92 within about 4 weeks. After playing one of my games, I tried to open the app to see if I had any rewards to claim, it put up a message stating that my account was suspended! The only thing I could do was contact support! They responded by telling me that they found game manipulation on my account!!! First of all, I wouldn’t even know how to do that!! Secondly, I DON’T CHEAT! There is no way that they have any evidence of my cheating in any game that I played! They just didn’t want to pay me my reward! And now I can’t even get the $92 that I am owed!!! Do NOT use this app!!! ### 1/5 — DONT WASTE YOUR TIME *2026-08-24* Got close to my first cash out and all of a sudden it was taking a long time for rewards to get approved! Magically my account got suspended and I did absolutely nothing for this to happen! They just don’t want to pay! Contacted support and of course it’s AI generated! I have played plenty of apps that pay money for games and never had this happen! SCRAMBlY and CASH GIRRAFFE actually pay if you looking to make a couple extra bucks ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2026-08-22* So I haven’t even made it to my first cash out yet and apparently the game I was working on stopped tracking….. right as I was about to make it to the level that pays $9 and earn enough coins to hit the $10 bonus as well….. the lady with support just said in this case unfortunately we can’t manually complete this task for you you just have to try another game… ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE! THEY WASTE YOUR TIME *2026-08-21* They will let you play and watch all of their ads and hold your earnings under review for days. Then just when you have a good amount to cash out suspend your account and tell you they’re reporting you to the authorities for fraud and say you violated 7.2 and 7.3 in their terms which actually makes no sense. They’re the only frauds here!!! Avoid!! Use the other apps that actually pay out. ### 1/5 — bad experience i give a 0 *2026-08-20* Bad experience. i give this app rating a O i install the original VYBS app. but i can not find it the app store to a review. i enjoy choosing my games and hitting the milestones to withdraw a reward. when i know i can withdraw for a reward, done the facial recognition process and read the FAQ about the process for my rewards. One day, i open the app through the notification center to find out my account is suspended. So unfair i sign up once. i had the one email. after a quick investigation in their terms of service i violated sections 7.3, 7.4 & 13.2 ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2026-08-17* Scam site. I’m lucky to convert half the steps taken over a 5mile walk while tracking through an Apple Watch; aiding in making the $20 minimum cash out exceedingly difficult to reach. + Thank you for the developer response. They don’t actually pay you for reaching the listed goals in games- you get a certain number of points for each goal, but those points don’t convert to cash. They go into a progress bar, and IF you fill the progress bar you’ll get a payout. But even if you hit all the goals (usually impossible unless you play 24/7), you don’t get enough points to fill the progress bar! Meaning that you don’t actually earn any money from playing the game! Also, they let you earn up to a certain amount, and then the rest is perpetually pending so you don’t have enough for the $25 cashout. **Developer response:** All of our tasks are precisely tuned to be able to reach all rewards in a game you activated. If you have run into a scenario where this seems impossible, please reach out to our support team so that they can investigate what went wrong. ### 1/5 — Useless unless you want to play graves *2026-08-09* I got this app to get paid for my steps. Unfortunately it only counts steps from your phone not your watch. I don’t carry my phone with me when I’m cleaning house, cooking, making beds, etc and I certainly don’t have time to waste on downloading and playing a bunch of games that are nothing but ads. The games they give u is upsetting and frustrating and it takes forever to get the amount of cash u want, but it actually does pay. When I got my card on pending I was convinced it would stay on pending for weeks, it was quite the opposite, it only took 2 days. Then i thought that the card would be invalid, but that was also wrong. I just got the necklace I wanted for weeks and it's coming in the mail this week. Then when I said I was cashing out, it had to go through an approval process which made me even more nervous. But less than 24 hours later, I was able to transfer it to my PayPal account and it went in Instantly.
