## What is Vygard Family?

Vygard Elder Care is the safety platform used by telecare and independent-living providers to keep vulnerable, independently-living people safe.

BUILT FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING
• Fall and no-movement auto-detection
• One-tap SOS to carers and the monitoring centre
• Daily check-ins with escalation if one is missed

SAFETY THAT WORKS WHEN YOU'RE ALONE
• One-tap SOS plus automatic fall / man-down detection
• Timed check-ins with missed-check-in escalation
• Live location during shift, with cell-tower fallback when GPS drops
• Multi-channel escalation (push → SMS → WhatsApp → voice) to your duty manager, ARC partner and the nearest available responder
• What3words location on every check-in
• Tamper-evident, HMAC-signed audit log for compliance evidence

STANDARDS
• TSA / telecare aligned
• BS 8484 (Lone Worker Devices)
• HSE INDG73 (Working alone)
• GDPR / UK DPA compliant

AVAILABLE TO ANY BUSINESS
Vygard is a commercial subscription open to any organisation with lone or remote workers — not a single company. Start a free 14-day trial at https://vygard.com/sectors/elder: self-serve, no card, no invitation. Your business then signs in here and adds its workers. Subscriptions are billed online per worker — there are no in-app purchases.

SUPPORT
hello@vygard.com — UK support 9-5 Mon-Fri, on-call escalation 24/7 for paying customers.
