### 2/5 — not sure that it’s accurate

*2026-03-15*

Great for logging meals and symptoms but the trigger analysis seems inaccurate. For example, I logged four days of low FODMAP “clean” meals and had stomach burning, bloating, cramping and gas immediately during or after each meal. But the day before that I ate a burger and fries with no symptoms at all, then after four days of low fodmap, I ate a burrito one day and pizza the next day with no symptoms at all that day of or day after. And pasta today with no symptoms durning or after. Despite this pattern, the app still flags fatty foods as my triggers. The tracking itself is useful, but the trigger detection does not match the data I entered.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the detailed review! We are glad you found the logging easy but sorry the trigger detection didn’t produce what you expected. We are constantly working to improve it to get the balance right. Feedback like this is invaluable for helping that process so thanks again. If you have further feedback you would like to give please email support@vylaapp.com - Thanks, the Vyla team.
