## What is Vyncs?

New Feature! Vyncs Groups lets you keep track of your loved ones and make sure that they're safe. 
1. Create private groups and add anyone you want via a custom group code-- all they need is the app! You may turn off the feature at any time.
2. View the real-time location of Group members at any time from anywhere.
3. Group members can only see each other. You can turn off tracking for a specific group at any time.
4. Find your lost or stolen phone easily.

Vyncs makes owning and driving a car safer, smarter, and a lot less expensive. It is powered by Agnik’s patented connected car technology that power many successful connected car products in the market. Just plug the Vyncs Link cellular wireless device into the OBD-II port of your car, create an account, and you are good to go. Vyncs offers many services like GPS tracking, vehicle maintenance, recall notification, driver scoring, teen driver coaching, and roadside assistance. In order to use the Vyncs app you will need a Vyncs account with a valid service package. The Vyncs Link device makes use of a built-in SIM card to send data to your account over the cellular wireless network. That means it works without requiring a phone in the car all the time.

### 1/5 — Not working, bad customer service

Loved device at first and worked fantastic. Started having problems sporadically for last year. Then ‘Trips’ not reporting correctly for last few months (in Boston area.) Customer Service is terrible, hard to reach and never solved issues. Then CS just stopped responding. Refused to replace device unless we returned current one first. Accused users of possible fraud when Vyncs could clearly see online that device was not working properly. They should have replaced device or refunded money. We replaced with new Bouncie device and that is working perfectly. So it is not our car, battery or port’s problem. Vyncs is having major issues, don’t get stuck with a year contract! Buyer beware!

Picks up good data. And GPS pops up on the phone. Pretty good. To buy a device and pay to activate it. The price I would say it is worth it. Especially if you have many cars.

Have tried several emails with “Lisa M” with no clear resolution.  We were promised a refund of the 3g device charge that was paid. They continue to say “they are looking into the account” but it seems nobody that works there is able to process the refund that is due.  Purchasing the 4g device was a mistake. AVOID at all costs.

Worst fleet tracking company around. Terrible signals with sunny days and no clouds in one of the largest cities on the east coast. Subscribed for a year, their equipment became obsolete for the network they’re on. Their answer is for customer to resubscribe for another year and buy new equipment even though months remain on the first subscription with zero credit given. They got me once, wont happen again. Save your money, find something better. This company is trash.

The app was working very well for quite some months. Then it stopped working. Tried to plug it out and plug it in. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, but the location is only showing on 1 direction.

The website clearly states in big letters no monthly fee. What they don’t tell you about is the annual fee otherwise your device gets bricked. That’s something you should know before you buy one. Otherwise the device am at work all right.

This app is really bad! I’ve used Vyncs for about two years and I can’t recall one time I’ve successfully located any of my three vehicles from this app. When I log onto a Vyncs from a laptop it works seamlessly, but forget about finding your vehicle from a phone app, a complete waste of time.
