It’s now been a full week and my application is still pending. I’m not sure what the application process is all about, but the app is still completely closed. Ultimately, an underwhelming experience when you download the app and can’t even use it. Update: it’s been over a month. I’ve emailed the customer service address and sent some social media messages.
