All of my other financial apps offer daily notifications. This app never works, I can never log in using the app, it always makes me use the website. They make it impossible to update your email or phone number I have called 3 times and the representatives say they’ll update information and never do. Overall just a mess. Im not sure if they’re intentionally being ran into the ground?? Speaking back on the app, I have a white screen and can’t seem to get any banking info. I can never see where my account stands. I can do it on the computer but the mobile banking app is terrible. I don’t understand. I download it. I erase it from my phone. I can’t even enroll for my banking account because everytime i enter a username it says it’s invalid, something wrong with the pattern, or someone else has taken the name. I have tried over 30+ different combinations and all of them come back the same. Now the app looks like it should be working. I can enter my username and password to log in. But none of the other buttons work. Clicking on sign in does nothing. Hitting tap to use fingerprint to sign in doesn’t work. I can’t even click on forgot my password or whatever. I didn’t forget my log in information, I was simply trying to see if that would take me to another screen where I could sign in finally.
