Eine tolle Idee und sehr unterstützenswert.
Man braucht manchmal etwas Idealismus weil nicht jede Rückgabestelle immer gerne alles annimmt. Ich hatte Probleme mit einem falsch registrierten Behältnis und musste seeeeehr lange darauf warten bis der Support aktiv wurde und das Problem behoben hat.
Der Support hat Besserung gelobt und die Idee ist mir erstmal wichtig genug um ein paar Stolpereien zu verschmerzen.

Vytal ist ökologisch sinnvoll und verbraucherfreundlich. So kann Jede/r auf einfache Weise To-Go-Verpackungen sparen. Die Mehrwegschalen sind stabil, auslaufsicher und hygienisch, und die App funktioniert tadellos. Schade nur, dass manche Restaurants nicht sonderlich gut mitspielen, aber das kann man nicht Vytal anlasten. Je mehr Kunden nach Mehrweg fragen, desto schneller stellt sich der Gesinnungswandel ein.

Es geht nur so. Nur so macht Mehrweg Sinn, wie Vytal es umsetzt. Und das Schöne: Je mehr Restaurants Partner werden, umso einfacher und schneller sind die Rückgaben. Je mehr Kunden nach Vytal fragen und es nutzen, umso schneller dreht sich das Recycling-Rad und umso sinnvoller wird diese ganze Idee. Wir müssen weg von „jedes Restaurant hat seine eigenen Becher/Boxen“ und hin zum Kreislaufsystem. Es geht nur so. Ach ja: Die App macht richtig Bock auf Mehrweg. Weiter so Vytal. ♥️

Behälter bleiben rückstandsfrei: auswischen mit Papiertuch reicht vollkommen aus, um sie zur „porentiefen“ Reinigung in die Sammelbox zu geben bzw. bei einer teilnehmenden Stelle (erfreulich viele) abzugeben. Rückgabefrist 4 Wochen könnte vielleicht noch etwas länger sein, reicht aber eigentlich aus. Ich bin begeistert❗️Endlich muss ich keine eigenen Behälter mehr mitschleppen.
