VYVE Health is a native iOS app for proactive workplace wellbeing. The app uses a Capacitor wrapper around a web shell with native plugins including HealthKit integration (steps, workouts, sleep, weight sync), Apple Push Notifications, biometric authentication, and native splash/status bar control. 

Test account credentials are provided below. After signing in, the reviewer will see the member dashboard with workout programmes, habit tracking, nutrition logging, wellbeing check-ins, and live session content.

### 1.3 — 2026-05-15

Version 1.3 introduces faster app startup and improved offline reliability through a redesigned local-first data layer. The app now caches your activity, workouts, and progress on-device for instant page loads. Bug fixes and stability improvements throughout.
