Before this it was barely functional, many of the measurements including the most basic ones such as step count were inaccurate. The OTP system doesn’t work at all. You will be locked out of your Helo Smart App and unable to do anything at all. There is no backup to get into the app either. If I could rate it a negative 10 I would.
