I installed this app just today, as our apartment has implemented the use of this app for safety. In the history of visitors I saw 2 visitors. One a food delivery guy for 28th April - who came at our flat, and one electrician for 30th April- whom we don't know, we never called, and who never showed up at our flat. There is no section in the app where I can mark or communicate to apartment that it's a wrong entry. So, anyone can come in give a wrong apartment no. and do anything and put the owner at risk. I don't think this is right and safe. 
1. There should be an option for owners to mark the entry as right or wrong. 
2. The realtime notification mentioned, that comes to owners should have an option to verify the guest only then entry should be marked as verified and guest should be allowed to enter. OR am I expected to run to apartment gate or call them all the time to tell them about wrong entry- what if I am not at home, and I receive such wrong entry notification, in this case I can't even call them.
3. Or at least the apartment number should be strictly verified from the guest before entering.

Apart from this issue, i believe this is a good initiative for safety. If the above mentioned features are added the star ratings will go up for sure. Thanks!
