Will not accept my login. Put in a trouble ticket through airbus world and have not heard back.

The app will not accept my Keycopter login. I can login to Keycopter through my internet browser, but this app tells me my username/password is invalid. The “forgot username/password” link is broken as well. How do we get support?

App crashes 100% times with tis update. The last about 80%

Run in 4 differents ipads and crashes the same way, always when try to export the pdf file when oppening the email box

Best app for weight and balance calculations on Airbus helicopters!!! It took me a little longer then expected to setup my specific aircraft so I called a representative, who walked me through it right away. After having it all setup for my kind of operations I quickly realized it has far more options and possibilities then any other weight and balance app I have for this model. (Gyronimo and excell spreadsheets)
Strongly recommend, but be ready to be slightly frustrated initially
