Remote access doesn’t work. I can’t even force it to end w the task manger. I have to hard reboot it. It happens so often, it’s started to corrupt my windows files. On the iPhone app, the app is freezing the second I open it & totally is not functional. I have the latest update. Final word stay away from WBox products. Update on 1-22-2020 I called technical support. The rep said the app works fine on his iPhone. I should contact Apple to make it work on my iPhone. Where is the developer of this app? The was totally rude at the end as it’s not their problem. Honestly, this app needs to be scrapped. You waste more time trying to remote view than you actually get to view. If you’re lucky and get an image it crashes within a minute. You leave the app with a sunken feeling every time you attempt to use it. My recommendation: look at other apps that work. Then take this app back to the drawing board. Landscape mode does not work it’s horrible ,wrong!. Having to select device every time to see cameras wrong! Huge lag time horrible wrong!! Writing “IP Camera” appears across screens in black and white text. ??? Controls are temperamental - as is everything else with this ap. Need to restart phone or ipad to get things working half fast and keep your fingers crossed. Double tap doesn’t work properly. Their standard VMS app was simple and flawless . With all the negative reviews , tech support isn’t aware of any issues , despite all 1 star reviews. ### 1/5 — Bug report *2022-10-05, version 3.6.1* In the ios app i cannot review any video recorded in the last 12 hrs. Playback is near impossible. Delays like 10 seconds to go to the time and day you select if it goes there at all. Don’t try to go further back or forward. Will freeze.
