It’s a scam! Very bad UX on this app. Displayed items isn’t clear and put can put in money but have no option to take it out. Don’t make mistake I did putting money into the app. App support team or customer support personel doesn’t know anything about their products or promos. Totally rubbish and unhelpful. ### 1/5 — Stop the spam — fix your SMS system! *2025-07-05, version 3.7.10* I receive unwanted SMS messages from this app almost every other day, which only pushes me further away from buying your coffee. I tried looking for an opt-out option in the app — nothing. Then I deleted my account hoping the messages would stop. But they didn’t. Now I can’t even log back in to manage anything, and I’m still receiving SMS. This is unacceptable. You need to fix your system immediately and give users a clear way to opt out of promotional messages. Until then, every unwanted SMS you send will be met with another negative review.
