I don't really understand why they think their own verification application is the best way in. The handover between the two apps, and the ID scanning is glitchy, confusing and crashes. I've not been able to complete it and my confidence level is probably too low now to persist. ### 1/5 — Waste of time. *2026-08-17* Does not like q code is sister app. ### 1/5 — Broken *2026-08-16* Doesn't work with my UK passport. Reads the data via the camera but the "chip can't be trusted". My passport reader app has no issues so it's not the passport... Contacted support but no response. Ich habe nicht die einfachste Verifizierungsart gewählt und musste deshalb etwas warten auf die Freischaltung,aber das hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Und auch im laufenden Betrieb in Verbindung mit der Social App ist alles super gelaufen. Bis jetzt.
