They claim that they can help rebalance your portfolio by connecting it with a wealth manager for a free consultation. They try to either move from direct to regular mutual funds, or get you invested in so called mutual fund PMS that has %age cost on AUM and may be profits. The UI is clean and uncluttered — everything from tracking my portfolio to placing orders feels intuitive, even for someone who isn't a finance expert. I like that stocks, mutual funds, and F&O are all in one place without feeling overwhelming. The order execution is fast, statements/reports are easy to pull up when I need them, and customer support has been responsive whenever I've had a query. A few more advanced charting tools would be a nice add, but for day-to-day investing and tracking, it covers everything I need.
