출근 찍으려고 하니깐 로그인 버튼 눌러도 아무 응답 없고 상담원이랑 통화하려고 통화연결 상태로 4시간 기다렸는데 들려오는 말이 통화연결 가능할때 문자준다고 하네요 상담원이 한분이신가 싶기도 하구요

시스템에 문제가 발생할수도 있죠 하지만 스마트일보 여기는 쳇봇으로 문의를 해도 답변이 없고 전화를 해도 안받습니다 출퇴근체크때문에 사용하는데 문제가 생기면 그냥 사용자가 낭패봐야합니다 연락해서 조치를 받을수도 없는 시스템이니 이점 숙지해서 사용하세요
