Yet for 3 years this company can’t manage to do that. Not only is the UI very poorly ‘designed’ but combined with iOS 11’s inabilities to search for purchased iPhone apps from your iPad it makes it hard to find and install too! Ridiculous considering the price of all the sensors and bell boxes that this app and SMANOS in general take zero care of the app or the UX. ### 1/5 — System doesn't work *2016-09-12, version 2.1.0* Alarm stopped working one day. Camera doesn't work. It's frustrating to set up and to use. Money wasted. I had a little trouble setting it up had to reboot my wireless router for whatever reason but that fixed all my problems. I live in a rental house and wanted something non-permanent for an alarm system. I also wanted to get push notifications to my phone this system does all of that it can even call my phone! Very happy customer! After the update the app does not sync up with my alarm module. I get lots and I do mean lots of intermittent errors. The app only works about 30% of the time now. Please fix this ASAP! Latest update: fixed all the bugs I was having. Speed has increased! Great job thank you! ### 1/5 — Broken app, great product *2015-04-25* This app used to work amazingly well. The entire kit is full of manufacturing faults which has been independently verified. Its 50/50. It may detect and warn or NOT. Likely it will not. Don’t risk your house security with this worthless kits. The cover is all shiny and nice but the guts of it is cheap Chinese £1 pound worth of hardware. Return your alarm back to the manufacturer for refund. Thank you SMANOS!! Luckily mine has one key fob. Seems they didn't read the reviews here before they flipped the forced upgrade switch cause it's been out a few days. ### 1/5 — V2.2.1 released 2nd May 2018 *2018-05-03, version 2.1.0* Do not download! Crashes upon launch. Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling but that crashes at mapping when the AP is at 100% so then stuck in a look requiring the mapping of the AP. I had to check online to find out how. But once you know how it is straightforward for all devices. Love the notification and loud siren! ### 5/5 — Have been very pleased with the W100 *2017-11-28* I have had the W100 now for over three years (actually 2 Year’s) as the first one quit working about 11 months in and smanos sent me a new system. Thanks Smanos ### 4/5 — Link in app to update wrong *2018-05-05, version 2.2.1* Please fix the link in the W100 update as it says you need to update the the app then sends you to the wrong one, the solution is go to the original W100 app in the AppStore and update from there. ### 3/5 — Previous version was better *2019-07-29, version 2.2.4* Previous version was better as you could see date and time of alarm history but in this version it only show alarm history without timescale which is kind of useless. ### 3/5 — Good app *2018-06-16, version 2.2.4* Does the job well of being able to control the alarm system.
