Hi team support. The app on iphone ios 12 has no menu ? Can you fix it. I can’t programming my S71 smart socket ! I think it is the time to update your app cause we can’t access menu and benefit of our w18 alarm system full fonctions : programming camera, w18 sensors, detectors and remote, smart socket as shown on your user manual. Thks

Connected to my W18 ok but app is very basic and lacking features. I understand the apps for other Kerui devices are better. Why don’t they produce one app that works with all units?!

I have two great W18 devices for notifications around a massive house. This app was great at version 1.7 which did a nice, short ‘bing’ when alarming. but version 1.8 makes an alarm sound that keeps going forever until I press a button on the phone which can be very annoying. It’d be great if there was a way to manage notifications properly in the app.

I sent an email to support requesting an update for iOS 11 but I never got a response. Since I updated to iOS 11, some functions do work anymore. Please update urgently.

It wasn't the greatest app in the first place, but now it won't work at all, as it won't find my system luckily the app still works on my HTC

On the same router than the one connected with the W18 at 2.4G, we can’t use the 5G WIFI to activate or desactivate the alarm. Always  try to load the device.
