If someone sends you money they will not put it in your account for days, although they have received it. Then they just close your account and your left with nothing. I used £50 (good job I did) 2 hours later my account just disappeared I messaged in the live chat and got told it was a (technical issue) next thing they said was that it was a mistake and my account and balance would be back to normal in 2 hours 😂 I said I’m not bothered about the £50. unless you want 2 minutes to spend all the money you have in the account without them taking the cash just don’t download the app wasting your own time and money. worst mobile banking app I’ve ever heard of. definitely wouldn’t recommend if I could give 0 stars it wouldn’t have any 😂 STAY CLEAR !!! Also I’m from the uk ### 1/5 — Worst bank ever !!!! Dont download it!!! *2023-02-23, version 1.5.2* Just about 5mins ago i got my “TRANSFER” as “FAILED”. I have texted in live chat to W1TTY and they said its a technical issue they are just at to fix it. After they sent me this message i got a notification from the banking app saying “YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED”😂😂😂And they have logged me out. Do not download this app as they are going to steal your money all of these banking apps are scams! And you cant even report them.
