I had to close the app and start it back up before being able to order more items. ### 1/5 — Awful app *2022-12-30* Horrendous app. At a place with only 5 options. Wanted a pint from one, cocktail from another and food from 2 different vendors. App doesn’t let you go back to choose something else. Randomly freezes. Asks for a tip before you’ve even had your food????? Aye lads have 10% despite the fact the food took 40 minutes when the app said 10. Feels like covid times. Horrendous. ### 1/5 — The worst table service app I’ve come across *2021-07-22* Does it really need to be this hard? The menu is extremely clunky and difficult to navigate around. To cap it off, the W8R logo appeared on my phone and I couldn’t do anything with the app. Eventually I had to go inside the pub to order my food manually; just like olden times, pre-Covid. Take a leaf out of Weatherspoon’s app, or many other equally good apps out there! ### 3/5 — Really? *2021-07-02* The amount of unnecessary data harvesting is ridiculous. Anyone would think that they were trying to start a relationship with you. ### 5/5 — Heineken Bar *2021-06-25* Wowww what a fantastic venue. This is the first time I’ve entered this venue since the odeon. Marnie who works in the Heineken bar, she was a fantastic Member of staff. The stack should be very very proud of people like her, even though she ran out of the bar cos of a wasp 🐝🐝🤣🤣🤣🤣. Well done marnie ### 3/5 — Great app but needs tweaking. *2021-06-10* I had to get this app to be able to order in a new bar that recently opened up in town. It works really well and the drinks are brought to you really quickly. Only niggle I have is the service charge & tip being added each time you order. But cheeky. They are raking it in because you have to order drink separately to the food. Even though you are at the same venue! Not impressed. That needs to change. ### 5/5 — Love this app *2021-05-31* We absolutely love this app. It’s the only one we’ve used that has worked consistently at numerous venues in the North East. This is a much better long term solution for venues to prevent the queues and carnage that normally comes with a night out. Now we get to relax whilst we wait for a drink rather than stand at a busy bar. ### 2/5 — Feels cheaply done *2021-05-20* Good idea but it needs a LOT of work. Stuff like reducing bugs, not using camera access once the QR is scanned. STACK doesn’t allow ordering from multiple vendors at once yet it all uses the same Stripe merchant so it is doable. Also did someone forget people want to go out as a group? I can’t do a group order without passing my device around which is a no no in Covid times! ### 4/5 — Not the best ordering app *2021-04-29* Three times on our first visit tonight - we got the wrong drinks - had to ask three times for the right drink even when I showed them the order on my phone. I would hate to think what’s it like on a busy night. Shame because the outside areas are fab. ### 1/5 — Charges but fails *2021-04-19* This app is no good. There were two orders made using it at the venue. One the venue received incorrectly with missing items and the second the venue received nothing at all. I did not get any of my second order and requested a refund through the app which states 24hr processing time.
