Useless app that fails every step of the onboarding process.

The app is absolutely useless: half of the time doesn’t allow you to enter the required menu options, every time I try to update payment methods an error appears and automatically defaults me to cash although there are almost no cash point in the area; the menu is hard to follow; user unfriendly; takes forever to set up and even after I asked not to send me sms notifications I still receive them. If I could give zero star - I would!

Got my daughter to download this app. Took our recycling a week ago still no sign of a credit to her bank. Was led to believe it would be 3-6 days. Will stick to our usual place that pays cash immediately. And hope she eventually gets credited by C4C. Not impressed.

Its terrible - password doesnt work - reset password doesnt work. Sends a text then says website is down. 
Deleted the app. I really dont need it

I have been in trying to log in for over a month now and it keeps returning a sign in error message.

As much as I would like to use the app with my account it does not let me sign in, I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it multiple times.

Was working a few days ago, currently not working. It just sits there with a loading screen.

Edit: Wasn’t working due to VPN, turned it off, all good now.

It’s okay but clearly a very basic/web portal based clunky experience. Ability to change/add/update payment method just takes you to the browser portal, but within the app rather than in safari or default browser, so it’s not seamless. I’ve actually replaced the app with a Home Screen shortcut, and do what I need via the online portal. The app is really not quite sufficient or I find I never actually use it or need to how you’d assume you should be able to.

Nice app, easy to use. But scanner is not up to date, some containers say not eligible but when checked on website they are.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the review. We have an updated version coming out this week with some tweaks to the scanner. Hope that sorts out the issue you experiencing. Keep up the recycling.
