Your app is incredibly useful, very simple and clear. I liked a lot the way it pushed me to practice and revise and do it fast. But why this app is not in Google play, I swear there were 4-5 people to who I advised to buy this app but they didn’t have Iphones and they couldn’t. There is literally no analogy in PlayMarket. Please do it and I will be able to give this app to my students

This is a fantastic way to learn music theory. I have attempted learning theory in the past but it didn’t stick. Staying on top of what you have learned with daily exercises is finally causing the information to stick and I can recall it easily when I need it. Use the app and put the work in. It actually works.

This app is everything you need to learn musictheory efficiently. The explanations are very simple to understand and not being able to skip exercises annoyed me at first but it really helps with consistency and retention. ( also the video voice is very soothing ). Normally I hate subscriptions but this app is worth it. The prices are totally reasonable and all in all this app isn’t a cashgrab where you have to pay for every course. I feel like the developers didn’t create this app solely for profit but for the love of music and sharing knowledge, which is uncommon these days. Thank you so much <3

I tried to teach myself music theory a couple years back through YouTube tutorials and other free online resources, but didn’t get very far. All that to say, I wasn’t very optimistic downloading another app, but thought it’d give it a try. 

I sure am glad I did! On the Waay app, the theory is explained, and there are computer generated exercises to memorize the various applications of each concept once you learn it. It has helped me increase my rate of learning guitar by tenfold. 

The trial is free and the relatively low price tag for a monthly subscription can be cancelled anytime, once I get to the place I want to be.

If we learn something deeply special and deeply useful, but then forget it a few weeks later, did we really accomplish anything at all? I'm not so sure. Thankfully, Waay has the Practice Space to turn everything you learn here into long-term skills. These aren't lessons that will fade! And this new version of Waay takes the Practice Space to the next level:
• Daily updates. Exercise freshness is now updated just once per day. Once you've refreshed your skills for the day, you'll be all up-to-date until the next day or later.
• Smooth scheduling. Have you ever had a day with *lots* of exercise reviews? Enough to make you a little unmotivated? We've updated the review scheduling algorithm to smooth out heavy days, leading to a much more even—and motivating—practice schedule.
• Performance. If you're a dedicated, long-time Waay user, you might have noticed a little lag here and there while Waay calculates freshness from your extensive practice history. Well, no more! The algorithm is now much more speedy. Same goes for both your progress graph and syncing—much faster.
• Lots more… 
  • If you've ever wanted to sort the Practice Space exercises by freshness, you can do that now; date formats have been simplified a little bit too (e.g., 279 days is now just 9 months). 
  • Wrong answers in your exercises are now made more clear with a strikethrough (Thanks, Richard!). 
  • Finally, the Transpositions I exercise has been refined to fix a bug (Thanks, Jon!) and to present a more realistic subset of musical keys.

• New exercises. Three exercises have been added (and another two updated) in the Melodies and Chords courses. These exercises will help you develop a strong foundation for the order of flats/sharps and fast fifths.
• Completion screens I. If you're trying to refresh a three-star skill but only get two stars, Waay will now more clearly tell you why the skill wasn't refreshed.
• Completion screen II. Once you're finished a set of corrections, you can now return to the original exercise with one tap (Thanks, Jacob!). You'll also get more specific feedback on your performance (Thanks, Andrew!).
• Skipped taps. When scales were entered quickly, a button press could sometimes not be caught. This issue has now been fixed. (Thanks, Lillian and Andrew!)
• A few other minor tweaks, fixes, and additions.
